
WX Wagyu Striploin with Beer Gravy and Butter Biscuit
Ingredients:
- 5 pcs Butter Biscuit
- 22 g TopChef Instant Gravy Mix, prepared according to packaging directions
- 40 g Maven Pure Butter - Salted
- 180 g Onion, sliced
- 100 mL Store-bought Dark Beer
- 1 g Pepper, crushed

300-350 g WX Wagyu Striploin, cooked according
to preferred doneness
Procedure:
- Using a saucepan, melt salted Maven Pure Butter and sauté onion until softened and caramelized.
- Deglaze with beer and let it simmer to reduce.
- Add TopChef Instant Gravy Mix and crushed pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Using a platter, assemble the beef and serve it with gravy, with the butter biscuit on the side.
