Refund policy

Our return policy covers products with factory defects that can only be discovered upon the opening of the packaging. All items are deemed received in good condition upon acknowledgment of recipient. Please inspect the items before receipt and do not accept products that are not in good condition.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via issuing of gift card
