What are the items available at O-Superstore?

O-Superstore is home to high quality products like cooking oils, powdered beverages, sauces, mayonnaise, bakery items, food safety items, and more.



Are items in the O-Superstore available in groceries?

O-Superstore items are not available in the big groceries anywhere in the Philippines. For now, it is available at O-Superstore and at our partner distributors.



How can I be assured that I’m buying a high quality product?

Items available at O-Superstore are being used by the biggest hotels, manufacturers, and restaurant chains in the country. Our items are manufactured at our world-class manufacturing facilities and developed by our team of chefs to make cooking at home easy and cost efficient.


 


SHOPPING AND ORDERING


Areas we ship to:

We currently ship to any point in Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, parts of Rizal (Cainta, Taytay, Angono, Antipolo, Montalban, San Mateo).

 

Shipping Time:

Standard Delivery:

Standard Delivery is available to all of the areas we ship to. We deliver to the areas based on the following weekly schedule:

Standard Delivery has a required minimum cart value of 500 pesos. Delivery on the specified is subject to availability of the riders but guaranteed to arrive in 7 days or less.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is what we call our 1–2 day delivery for orders before 3 PM. Delivery on the specified is subject to availability of the riders but guaranteed to arrive in 2 days or less.

Express Delivery is available in the following areas with a minimum order of Php 500:

  • Greater Metro Manila: Quezon City, Pasig, Marikina, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Pasay, Makati, Taguig, Paranaque, Caloocan, Navotas, Valenzuela, and Manila

Express Delivery is available in the following areas with a minimum order of Php 5,000:

  • Parts of Rizal (Cainta, Taytay, Angono, Antipolo, Montalban, and San Mateo)
  • Cavite
  • Laguna

Shipping Cost:

Express delivery is at Php 100


 

PAYMENT AND PROMOTION


Are promo codes applicable to all items in the O-Superstore?

Voucher codes shall only apply to specific items covered by the promo. Vouchers cannot be used with existing promos.


What are the available payment methods?

You may pay via Credit/ Debit Card or COD. For COD transactions, our sales agent will get in touch with you to collect some additional verification details.

Are you open to resellers and distributors?

We are open to working with resellers in their respective communities. You may order through the O-Superclub for wholesale prices. You may also get in touch with our sales agents for more details, promos, and support.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES 


I am not satisfied with the products I ordered; can I request for a refund?

Our return policy covers products with factory defects that can only be discovered upon opening of packaging. All items are deemed received in good condition upon acknowledgement of recipient. Please inspect the items before receipt and do not accept products which are not in good condition.


 

For items that are proven to have factory defects, we will issue a replacement the following day. If you wish to change your order, the replacement should be in equal value. If replacement is of lower value, excess payment will not be refunded. If item is of higher value, customer will pay via our customer service for the balance amount.
