Ingredients: 

 

Procedures: 
1. In a small bowl, combine the Gold Mill Black Crumble and black coffee. Mix well.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine Takam All-Purpose Liquid Seasoning, brown miso paste,
    and cauliflower. Mix well to blend
in flavors.
3. In a pan, brown cauliflower until fully cooked. Set aside.
4. To assemble, mound coffee chocolate crumble into desired platter and top with sliced
    Satsuma Gyu.
5. Side Satsuma Gyu with cauliflower and a scoop of matcha mousse.
6. Arrange flowers around the plate decoratively.

Savory Matcha Mousse:
1. Using a mixer with whisk attachment, combine savory matcha mousse ingredients until
    smooth.
2.
Transfer into a sealable container and refrigerate until to be used.
