Sushi Cucumber Rolls

Ingredients

Procedure

  1.  Using a mixer with a paddle attachment, mix the cream cheese and Takam All-Purpose Liquid Seasoning for 2 minutes or until softened.
  2. Using a food grade clear film, arrange cucumber vertically next to each other and overlapping to create one large square sheet.
  3. Layer cucumber with sushi rice, completely covering the cucumber with rice.
  4. Place nori sheets into the center of the rice and top with kani sticks, cream cheese mixture, and mango.
  5. Drizzle sushi with TopChef Yangnyeom Sauce.
  6. To wrap, roll cucumber in sushi style. 
  7. Slice cucumber sushi into 1-1/2 inch. 
  8. Serve with TopChef Teriyaki Sauce.
