
Sushi Cucumber Rolls
Ingredients
- 200 g FarmHaven Processed Cream Cheese, softened
- 30 g Takam All-Purpose Liquid Seasoning or Miso Paste
- 200 g Cucumber, sliced thinly
- 200 g Sushi Rice
- 1 g Nori Sheets, small
- 2 pcs Kani Sticks
- 30 g Mango, cut into thick slices
- 10 g TopChef Yangnyeom Glaze
- 60 mL TopChef Teriyaki Sauce
Procedure
- Using a mixer with a paddle attachment, mix the cream cheese and Takam All-Purpose Liquid Seasoning for 2 minutes or until softened.
- Using a food grade clear film, arrange cucumber vertically next to each other and overlapping to create one large square sheet.
- Layer cucumber with sushi rice, completely covering the cucumber with rice.
- Place nori sheets into the center of the rice and top with kani sticks, cream cheese mixture, and mango.
- Drizzle sushi with TopChef Yangnyeom Sauce.
- To wrap, roll cucumber in sushi style.
- Slice cucumber sushi into 1-1/2 inch.
- Serve with TopChef Teriyaki Sauce.
