Rock Salt Cream Cheese Milk Tea
Cream Cheese Mixture
- 1/2 Cup Royal Victoria Whipping Cream - chilled
- 2/3 Cup Royal Victoria Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Cup FarmBrothers Condensed Creamer - chilled
- 1/4 tsp Rock Salt
Milk Tea Drink
- 4 Glasses Brown Sugar Milk Tea Drink (Prepared according to package instructions)
- 1/4 Cup Raw Tapioca Pearl (Cook as per package instructions)
- Combine chilled Royal Victoria Whipping Cream, Royal Victoria Cream Cheese, and condensed milk in a blender.
- Add a pinch of rock salt and blend for 30 seconds.
- Place mixture in a bowl and set aside.
- Pour Brown Sugar Milk Tea in a glass with ice.
- Add 3 tbsp cream cheese mixture on top and the Tapioca Pearl
