Red Velvet Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
- 4 pcs Eggs, boiled
- 1/4 cup TopChef Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 10 pcs Capers
- 2 tbsp Maven Pure Butter - Salted, melted
- 1 tsp TopChef Salted Egg Seasoning
- 1 tsp Dill Leaves
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Procedure:
- Using two separate medium bowls, halve the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Cover and set aside the egg whites.
- In a food processor, combine the egg yolks, TopChef Real Mayonnaise, paprika, capers, and Maven Pure Butter - Salted. Process until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the egg mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Place the egg whites onto your desired serving plates.
- Pipe the yolk mixture into the center of each egg white.
- Sprinkle the deviled eggs with salted egg and smoked paprika. Decoratively top with dill leaves before serving.
