Procedure:

  1. Using two separate medium bowls, halve the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Cover and set aside the egg whites.
  2. In a food processor, combine the egg yolks, TopChef Real Mayonnaise, paprika, capers, and Maven Pure Butter - Salted. Process until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the egg mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  4. Place the egg whites onto your desired serving plates.
  5. Pipe the yolk mixture into the center of each egg white.
  6. Sprinkle the deviled eggs with salted egg and smoked paprika. Decoratively top with dill leaves before serving.
