Steak Pizza
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Maven Pure Butter - Salted
- 2 pcs Onion, sliced
- 1 pc Pizza Crust Thin, par-baked
- 60 g Tomato Butter Confit
- 80 g Angus Reserve Rib Eye Steak, sliced
- 2 tbsp Butternaise
For Tomato Butter Confit:
- 225 g Maven Pure Butter - Salted
- 150 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 10 pcs Garlic, peeled
- 3 pcs Basil Leaves
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
For Butternaise:
- 225 g Maven Pure Butter - Unsalted, softened
- 225 g Cream Cheese, softened
- 60 g TopChef Real Mayonnaise
Procedure:
For Tomato Butter Confit:
- In a saucepan, melt Maven Pure Butter - Salted over low heat.
- Add the remaining ingredients and sauté until the garlic has softened and the butter is browned.
For Butternaise:
- In a medium bowl, combine Maven Pure Butter - Unsalted, cream cheese, and TopChef Real Mayonnaise.
- Using a hand mixer, whip butter mixture until light and creamy.
For Steak Pizza:
- In a medium pan, melt the Maven Pure Butter - Salted and sauté the onions until softened and caramelized. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 215°C.
- Spread the tomato butter confit over the pizza base, then top with sliced Angus Reserve Rib Eye Steak. Bake for 4 minutes.
- Top the pizza with spooned butternaise and serve immediately.
