Portobello Mushroom Burger
Ingredients:
- 15 g Maven Pure Butter, Salted
- 50 g Onion, sliced
- 1 pc Brioche Bun
- 1 pc Portobello Mushroom
- 1 pc WX Wagyu Burger Patty
- 15 g TopChef Instant Cheese Sauce Mix, cooked according to package directions.
- 75 g Freshly Boiled Water (for TopChef Instant Cheese Sauce Mix)
Procedure:
1. On a flat griddle, melt the butter and cook onion, brioche bun,
and portobello mushroom simultaneously. Remove from the griddle and keep
it warm.
2. On the same griddle, cook the beef according to desired
doneness.
3. To assemble, top bottom half of a bun with beef then drizzle
with TopChef Instant Cheese Sauce Mix.
4. Add the remaining toppings: onions and mushrooms.
5. Top with the remaining half a bun to form a sandwich.
