Chicken BBQ Flatbread Pizza
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 3 g Yeast
- 10 g Sugar
- 156 mL Warm Water
- 300 g All-Purpose Flour
- 15 mL Olive Oil
- 5 g Salt
Toppings:
- 80 g Bechamel Sauce
- 60 g FarmHaven Processed Filled Cheese, grated
- 60 g FarmHaven Pizza Topping, grated
- 10 pcs Everbest Original Popcorn Chicken, cooked according to package directions
- 5 g Red Onion
- 10 pcs Cilantro Leaves
- 30 g TopChef Hickory Barbecue Sauce
Procedures:
1. In a bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and warm water.
Mix and cover, let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Grease a bowl with oil. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, put yeast mixture, flour, olive oil, and salt.
Mix until well combined.
4. Sprinkle flour on the working surface and knead dough over
the flour for 2 minutes or until smooth.
5. Transfer dough into an oiled bowl, cover, and let it set
for 45 minutes.
6. Preheat the oven to 250°C.
7. Divide dough into two. Using a rolling pin, flatten dough
into flatbread. Gently pierce each dough with fork to
remove excess air bubbles.
8. Spread some bechamel sauce onto each dough and top with
the processed filled cheese and mozzarella.
9. Add red onion and Everbest Original Popcorn Chicken.
Bake for 5 minutes.
10. To serve, drizzle with TopChef Hickory Barbecue Sauce
and top with cilantro leaves.
