Eggs Benedict Pancake

Ingredients: 
• 1 pc Egg, poached according to desired doneness.
• 30 g Maven Pure Butter, Salted
• 250 g Baker’s Delite Pancake Mix
• 2 pcs Sweet Ham, cooked according to package directions
• 15 g Farm Brothers Maple Syrup
• 100 g Hollandaise Sauce

Procedure
1. In a pan, melt the butter and cook pancakes according to
    package directions. Set aside. 
2. To assemble dish, top pancakes with ham and eggs. 
3. Drizzle pancakes with Farm Brother's Maple Syrup
    then Hollandaise sauce. 

*Option to serve fresh fruits on the side.
