Cheesy Ube Palitaw
Ingredients:
Pandan Leaves:
• 12 pcs Pandan Leaves, cleaned
• 1L Water
Glutinous Rice Mixture:
• 400 g Glutinous Rice
• 350 g Pandan Water
• 12 g Baker’s Delite Flavormate Ube
Toppings:
• 100 g Moscovado Sugar
• 10 g Sesame Seeds, toasted
• 100 g Coconut, grated and toasted
• 240 g FarmHaven Processed Filled Cheese, cut into 12 pcs, 20g each
Procedures:
Pandan Leaves:
• 12 pcs Pandan Leaves, cleaned

Procedures:
1. In a pot, combine pandan leaves and water. Bring to a boil, strain pandan
to remove impurities. Set aside.
2. In a separate pot, add water and bring to a boil then lower to simmer.
3. In a bowl, combine glutinous rice, pandan water, and Baker's Delite
Flavormate Ube. Mix well and let it rest.
4. In a small bowl, combine sugar, sesame seeds and coconut.
Mix well and set aside.

5. Weight 60g of rested dough and add FarmHaven Processed Filled Cheese.
Put into the boiling water. once the palitaw float in the boiling water, take it
off the heat and put into the toppings mixture.
6. Coat well with toppings and serve.
