Pansit Tapa
Ingredients:
- 250 g Navel End Brisket, sliced tapa style
- 70 g + 120 g TopChef Teriyaki Sauce
- 30 g Fat
- 70 g Onion, chopped
- 15 g Garlic, chopped
- 250 g Chicken Breast, sliced
- 100 g Carrots, sliced
- 1 cup Sprout
- 750 g Spaghetti Noodles
- 10 g Takam All-Purpose Liquid Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Onion, chopped
Procedures:
- In a bowl, combine beef and TopChef Teriyaki Sauce (70g). Mix well until the beef is coated evenly with the sauce. Cover and refrigerate.
- Using a wok, render fat and sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add chicken breast and stir-fry until fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Add navel end brisket and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Bring the chicken back to the heat.
- Add bean sprouts, carrots, spaghetti, and Takam All-Purpose Liquid Seasoning. Stir-fry for another minute.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with spring onions.
