Buttery Beef Rendang
Ingredients:
- 500 g Beef Cubes, cooked
- 500 g Oxtail, cooked
- 1 pack Rendang Paste
- 5 pcs Garlic Cloves, chopped
- 10 g Ginger
- 1 pc Cinnamon Stick
- 1 pc Lemon Grass
- 4 pcs Kaffir Lime Leaf
- 1 medium Red Onion
- 250 g Coconut Cream
- 50 g Coconut Meat
- 20 g Takam All-Purpose Liquid Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Primeo Olive Oil Pomace
- 30 g Maven Pure Butter - Salted
Procedures:
- In a pan, add the Primeo Olive Oil Pomace and sauté garlic, red onion, and ginger. Mix until fragrant.
- Add rendang paste, sauté for a minute and put cooked beef cubes as well as cooked oxtail. Mix for 1 minute.
- Add coconut cream, Takam All-Purpose Liquid Seasoning, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, and cinnamon stick. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add coconut meat, mix, and cook again for another 1 minute.
- Lastly, put Maven Pure Butter - Salted. Mix and serve.
