Buttery Beef Rendang

Ingredients:

Procedures:

  1. In a pan, add the Primeo Olive Oil Pomace and sauté garlic, red onion, and ginger. Mix until fragrant.
  2. Add rendang paste, sauté for a minute and put cooked beef cubes as well as cooked oxtail. Mix for 1 minute.
  3. Add coconut cream, Takam All-Purpose Liquid Seasoning, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, and cinnamon stick. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add coconut meat, mix, and cook again for another 1 minute.
  5. Lastly, put Maven Pure Butter - Salted. Mix and serve.
