Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 200 g TopChef Real Mayonnaise
  • 35 g Mustard
  • 35 g Horseradish Sauce, grated or store-bought
  • 7 g Takam All-Purpose Liquid Seasoning
  • 10 g Lemon Zest
  • 1 g Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 g Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
  • 500 g Yellow Potatoes, boiled and cut into bit-sized cubes
  • 100 g Quattro Stelle Bresaola Valtellina Salami, crisped

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine TopChef Real Mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish sauce, Takam All-Purpose Liquid Seasoning, emon zest, ground black pepper, and flat leaf parsley. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In a serving bowl, combine the dressing and potatoes then mix well until all potatoes are evenly coated with dressing. Cover and refrigerate.
  3. To serve, scatter torn pieces of Quattro Stelle Bresaola Valtellina Salami over the potato salad.
