Potato Salad
Ingredients:
- 200 g TopChef Real Mayonnaise
- 35 g Mustard
- 35 g Horseradish Sauce, grated or store-bought
- 7 g Takam All-Purpose Liquid Seasoning
- 10 g Lemon Zest
- 1 g Ground Black Pepper
- 2 g Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
- 500 g Yellow Potatoes, boiled and cut into bit-sized cubes
- 100 g Quattro Stelle Bresaola Valtellina Salami, crisped
Procedure:
- In a bowl, combine TopChef Real Mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish sauce, Takam All-Purpose Liquid Seasoning, emon zest, ground black pepper, and flat leaf parsley. Mix well and set aside.
- In a serving bowl, combine the dressing and potatoes then mix well until all potatoes are evenly coated with dressing. Cover and refrigerate.
- To serve, scatter torn pieces of Quattro Stelle Bresaola Valtellina Salami over the potato salad.
