Lamb Roast with Truffled Marbled Potatoes

Ingredients:

Procedures:

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine garlic, rosemary, thyme leaves, Maven Pure Butter - Salted, and Primeo Olive Oil Pomace. Mix well.
  3. In a 9"x13" baking pan, rub the Margra Lamb Leg and potatoes with aromatics. (Optional: insert aromatics into the lamb meat.)
  4. Lay the lamb on top of marbled potatoes and bake for 1 hour.
  5. Remove lamb from the pan and transfer onto a platter.
  6. In the baking pan with marbled potatoes, add TopChef Truffle Dressing and side potatoes with lamb roast.
