Ingredients:

Procedures:

  1. Using a slow cooker, combine the lamb and TopChef Classic Buffalo Sauce and cook for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and shred. Then, let it cool.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine lamb and FarmHaven Processed Filled Cheese. Mix well.
  4. Cut the spring roll wrapper lengthwise and place a tablespoon of the lamb mixture at the topmost corner.
  5. Preheat fryer to 170°C.
  6. Dab all sides of the wrapper with egg wash. Fold the wrapper triangularly until at the other end of the wrapper.
  7. Deep fry the fritters in Frymax Coconut Oil for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve with TopChef Garlic Sauce.
