Lamb Pinsec
Ingredients:
- 250 g Lamb
- 100 g TopChef Classic Buffalo Sauce
- 100 g FarmHaven Processed Filled Cheese, grated
- 30 pcs Store-bought Spring Roll Wrapper or Filo Wrapper
- 1 pc Egg Yolk, dissolved in water
- 300 g Frymax Coconut Oil
- 100 g TopChef Garlic Sauce
Procedures:
- Using a slow cooker, combine the lamb and TopChef Classic Buffalo Sauce and cook for 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat and shred. Then, let it cool.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine lamb and FarmHaven Processed Filled Cheese. Mix well.
- Cut the spring roll wrapper lengthwise and place a tablespoon of the lamb mixture at the topmost corner.
- Preheat fryer to 170°C.
- Dab all sides of the wrapper with egg wash. Fold the wrapper triangularly until at the other end of the wrapper.
- Deep fry the fritters in Frymax Coconut Oil for 30 minutes.
- Serve with TopChef Garlic Sauce.
