CHEESY CHICKEN NUGGETS

Ingredients:

Procedures:

  1. Using a food processor, combine chicken breast, onion, TopChef Crispee Breading Mix, TopChef Instant Mashed Potato Mix, and TopChef Cheese Seasoning. Pulse 5 times to grind the mixture.
  2. Transfer mixture into a bowl and form chicken into desired shape at 50 grams.
  3. Pour Frymax Coconut Oil in a pan and heat until it reaches to 175°C.
  4. Shallow fry chicken for 4 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  5. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to remove excess oil.
  6. Serve with TopChef Honey Mustard Dressing.
