CHEESY CHICKEN NUGGETS
Ingredients:
- 500 g Frymax Coconut Oil
- 500 g Chicken Breast
- 50 g Onion
- 2 tbsp TopChef Crispee Breading Mix
- 9 tbsp TopChef Instant Mashed Potato Mix, prepared according to packaging directions
- 21 g TopChef Cheese Seasoning
- 1/4 cup TopChef Honey Mustard Dressing
Procedures:
- Using a food processor, combine chicken breast, onion, TopChef Crispee Breading Mix, TopChef Instant Mashed Potato Mix, and TopChef Cheese Seasoning. Pulse 5 times to grind the mixture.
- Transfer mixture into a bowl and form chicken into desired shape at 50 grams.
- Pour Frymax Coconut Oil in a pan and heat until it reaches to 175°C.
- Shallow fry chicken for 4 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Serve with TopChef Honey Mustard Dressing.
