Hickory BBQ Apple Ribs
Ingredients
- 600 g Pork Ribs
- 150 g Topchef Hickory BBQ sauce
- 150 g Apple Filling
- 1.5 L Water
- 1 pc Corn, boiled
- Topchef Instant Mashed Potato, prepared according to packaging directions.
- 3 pcs Cherry Tomato
Procedures
- In a pot, add water, hickory bbq sauce, apple filling, and pork ribs. Boil for 1hr until the sauce is thickened then set aside.
- Grill the ribs together w/ corn and cherry tomato.
- Cook mashed potato according to package instructions.
- Serve.
