
Creamy Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 250g Cauliflower Head, cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 100g Onion, quarter
- 4 pcs Garlic Cloves
- 30g Maven Pure Butter - Salted, melted
- 150g Mlekovita UHT Full Cream Milk or Heavy Cream
- 15g Lemon Juice
- 150g Vegetable Stock
- 1g Ground Pepper
- 1 pc Ciabatta Bread, warmed
- 20g Farm Haven Processed Filled Cheese
- 1g Nutmeg
Procedure:

In a baking pan, add cauliflower, onion, and garlic. Bake or roast for 10
to 15 minutes in 190°C. - Using a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until creamy and smooth.
- Transfer the mixture in a pot and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with warm bread.
