Creamy Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 250g Cauliflower Head, cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 100g Onion, quarter
  • 4 pcs Garlic Cloves
  • 30g Maven Pure Butter - Salted, melted
  • 150g Mlekovita UHT Full Cream Milk or Heavy Cream
  • 15g Lemon Juice
  • 150g Vegetable Stock
  • 1g Ground Pepper
  • 1 pc Ciabatta Bread, warmed
  • 20g Farm Haven Processed Filled Cheese
  • 1g Nutmeg

Procedure:

  1. In a baking pan, add cauliflower, onion, and garlic. Bake or roast for 10
    to 15
    minutes in 190°C.
  2. Using a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until creamy and smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture in a pot and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with warm bread.
