
Baked White Mac and Cheese
Ingredients:

65g Maven Pure Butter - Unsalted
- 300g Mlekovita UHT Full Cream Milk
- 40g TopChef Blue Cheese Seasoning
- 80g Farm Haven Mozza Pizza Topping
- 400g Macaroni Pasta, cooked according to packaging directions
- 20g Japanese Bread Crumbs
- 30g Parmesan Cheese
Procedure:
1. In a pot, melt the butter and add the milk. Simmer for 2 to 3
minutes.
2. Add TopChef Blue Cheese Seasoning and simmer under low heat
for 5 minutes.

In the same, pot add the mozzarella cheese and macaroni pasta.
4. Transfer into a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs and
parmesan cheese.
5. Bake for 10 minutes.
