Chicken Cream Gravy Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pc Chicken breast fillet
- ½ cup Royal Victoria Whipping Cream
- 1 Tbsp TopChef Instant Gravy Mix
- 9 Tbsp Water
- Salt
- Black Pepper Ground
- 2 pcs Parsley leaves, minced
- 1 Tbsp Maven Butter Salted
- 1 Tbsp Frymax Palm Olein
PROCEDURE
- Marinate chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Mix water and TopChef Instant Gravy Mix and set aside
- In a pan, put oil and pan fry chicken, 5 minutes each side.
- Add Maven Butter, Royal Victoria Cream and gravy sauce, simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Add parsley and serve.
