Lamb Rack Pasta

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 rib rack, Ambassador Lamb Rack - Standard
  • 1/2 pc, Red Onion, Diced
  • 4 cloves, Garlic, finely chopped 
  • 120 grams, Cooked Pasta
  • 120 grams, Canned Whole Mushroom, sliced
  • 30 grams, Maven Butter, Unsalted
  • 3 tbsp, Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil

PROCEDURES

LAMB

  1. Preheat oven to 180C, rub the lamb rack with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes until brown.

PASTA

  1. In hot pan add olive oil and then butter
  2. Add diced onion and garlic, mushroom 
  3. Add the cooked pasta, saute for a few minutes, add fresh cream
  4. Bring to boil and reduce to thicken
