Lamb Rack Pasta
INGREDIENTS
- 4 rib rack, Ambassador Lamb Rack - Standard
- 1/2 pc, Red Onion, Diced
- 4 cloves, Garlic, finely chopped
- 120 grams, Cooked Pasta
- 120 grams, Canned Whole Mushroom, sliced
- 30 grams, Maven Butter, Unsalted
- 3 tbsp, Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil
PROCEDURES
LAMB
- Preheat oven to 180C, rub the lamb rack with salt and pepper.
- Cook in the oven for 30 minutes until brown.
PASTA
- In hot pan add olive oil and then butter
- Add diced onion and garlic, mushroom
- Add the cooked pasta, saute for a few minutes, add fresh cream
- Bring to boil and reduce to thicken
