Cheese and Caviar

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the Maven Pure Butter - Unsalted with a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Add the cream cheese and TopChef Real Mayonnaise, then whip until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. To assemble, transfer the butter mixture to a piping bag fitted with your choice of tip. Pipe decoratively over the pumpernickel.
  4. Top the butter mixture with caviar. Arrange the rolled smoked salmon around the caviar and top with dill leaves.
  5. Serve as hors d'oeuvres.
