Cheese and Caviar
Ingredients:
- 225 g Maven Pure Butter - Unsalted, softened
- 225 g Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup TopChef Real Mayonnaise
- 34 g Pumpernickel, sliced
- 1 tbsp Caviar
- 15 g Smoked Salmon
- 1 leaf Dill Leaves
Procedure:
- In a medium bowl, beat the Maven Pure Butter - Unsalted with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Add the cream cheese and TopChef Real Mayonnaise, then whip until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- To assemble, transfer the butter mixture to a piping bag fitted with your choice of tip. Pipe decoratively over the pumpernickel.
- Top the butter mixture with caviar. Arrange the rolled smoked salmon around the caviar and top with dill leaves.
- Serve as hors d'oeuvres.
