Stuffed Pepper Beef
Ingredients:
- 2 pcs Red Pepper, seeded, cored, and cut in half
- 2 pcs Yellow Pepper, seeded, cored, and cut in half
For Beef Chilicon and Beans:
- 40 mL Primeo Pomace Olive Oil
- 1 pc Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1 kg Minced Beef
- 200 g Whole Tomatoes, store-bought
- 200 g Red Kidney Beans, store-bought
- 10 g Taco Seasoning, store-bought
- 20 mL TopChef Garlic Sauce
- 50 g TopChef Cheese Sauce, prepared according to packaging instructions
Procedures:
- Heat Primeo Pomace Olive Oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add beef and sauté until changed in color.
- Add tomatoes and beans and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add taco seasoning and mix well.
- Preheat oven to 250°C.
- Remove beef from heat and use it to stuff the peppers.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove it from the oven and drizzle with TopChef Garlic Sauce and TopChef Cheese Sauce before serving.
