Stuffed Pepper Beef

Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs Red Pepper, seeded, cored, and cut in half
  • 2 pcs Yellow Pepper, seeded, cored, and cut in half

For Beef Chilicon and Beans:

Procedures:

  1. Heat Primeo Pomace Olive Oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  2. Add beef and sauté until changed in color.
  3. Add tomatoes and beans and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
  5. Preheat oven to 250°C.
  6. Remove beef from heat and use it to stuff the peppers.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove it from the oven and drizzle with TopChef Garlic Sauce and TopChef Cheese Sauce before serving.
