Stir-fry Beef Shortribs
Ingredients
- 500g Beef Short Ribs bone-in, 1/4 inch cut
- 1 1/2 tablespoon spicy bean paste
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 small red bell pepper, square cut
- 1 small green bell pepper, square cut
- 1 small white onion, square cut
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 small ginger
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon oil
Procedure
- Marinate Beef short ribs in spicy bean paste, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil for 30 minutes - 1 hour
- In a pan, heat oil, saute garlic and ginger
- Add marinated short ribs, saute for 1 minute
- Put the vegetables and saute for 2 minutes and add water.
- Toss and serve
