Salted Egg Chips
Ingredients
- 2 cups Potato Chips (unsalted)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp TopChef Salted Egg Powder Sauce Mix
- 2 Tbsp Maven Butter Unsalted
- 2 stalks Curry Leaves
Procedure
- Heat up Maven Butter Unsalted until melted.
- Saute curry leaves in medium heat until leaves turn translucent.
- Add TopChef Salted Egg Powder Sauce Mix and let it foam for 5 minutes.Quickly turn off heat.
- Toss chips in salted egg mixture
- Enjoy!
