Salted Egg Chips



  1. Heat up Maven Butter Unsalted until melted.
  2. Saute curry leaves in medium heat until leaves turn translucent.
  3. Add TopChef Salted Egg Powder Sauce Mix and let it foam for 5 minutes.Quickly turn off heat.
  4. Toss chips in salted egg mixture
  5. Enjoy!
