Rock Salt Cream Cheese Milk Tea

Ingredients

Cream Cheese Mixture

• 1/2 Cup Royal Victoria Whipping Cream - chilled
• 2/3 Cup Royal Victoria Cream Cheese
• 1/4 Cup FarmBrothers Condensed Creamer - chilled
• 1/4 tsp Rock Salt

Milk Tea Drink

• 4 Glasses Brown Sugar Milk Tea Drink (Prepared according to package instructions)
• 1/4 Cup Raw Tapioca Pearl (Cook as per package instructions)

Procedure

1. Combine chilled Royal Victoria Whipping Cream, Royal Victoria Cream Cheese, and condensed milk in a blender.
2. Add a pinch of rock salt and blend for 30 seconds.
3. Place mixture in a bowl and set aside.
4. Pour Brown Sugar Milk Tea in a glass with ice.
5. Add 3 tbsp cream cheese mixture on top and the Tapioca Pearl
