
Quattro Stelle Beef Pastrami with Cowboy Butter Glaze
QUATTRO STELLE BEEF PASTRAMI WITH COWBOY BUTTER GLAZE
Ingredients:
Cowboy Butter Glaze:
- 220g Salted Butter, softened
- 8.9g Garlic, chopped
- 50g Spicy Brown Mustard
- 30 mL Lemon Juice / Zest (1.20)
- 12g Chives, chopped
- 1g Thyme, chopped

5g Spanish Paprika, smoked
- 500g Quattro Stelle Pastrami
- 2 pcs Sweet Corn
Procedure:
1. In a skillet, sear beef pastrami for 2 minutes each side in a medium heat.
2. In the same pan, grill sweet corn turning continuously for an even roasted coloration.
3. For the cowboy butter sauce, mix it all together and serve.
