Quattro Stelle Beef Pastrami with Cowboy Butter Glaze

QUATTRO STELLE BEEF PASTRAMI WITH COWBOY BUTTER GLAZE

Ingredients:

Cowboy Butter Glaze:

  • 220g Salted Butter, softened
  • 8.9g Garlic, chopped
  • 50g Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 30 mL Lemon Juice / Zest (1.20)
  • 12g Chives, chopped
  • 1g Thyme, chopped
  • 5g Spanish Paprika, smoked

  • 500g Quattro Stelle Pastrami
  • 2 pcs  Sweet Corn

Procedure:

1. In a skillet, sear beef pastrami for 2 minutes each side in a medium heat.
2. In the same pan, grill sweet corn turning continuously for an even roasted coloration.
3. For the cowboy butter sauce, mix it all together and serve.
