Pani Puri Water
Ingredients:
For Guava Flavor:
- 10 g Coriander Leaves
- 5 g Mint Leaves
- 25 g Ginger
- 2 tbsp Tamarind Paste
- 1 pc Green Chili, medium-sized
- 1 tbsp Cumin, roasted
- 40g to 50 g Andros Chunky Pink Guava
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- To taste Salt
For Mango Flavor:
- 10 g Coriander Leaves
- 5 g Mint Leaves
- 25 g Ginger
- 2 tbsp Tamarind Paste
- 1 pc Green Chili, medium-sized
- 1 tbsp Cumin, roasted
- 40g to 50 g Andros Chunky Mango
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- To taste Salt
For Kiwi Flavor:
- 10 g Coriander Leaves
- 5 g Mint Leaves
- 25 g Ginger
- 2 tbsp Tamarind Paste
- 1 pc Green Chili, medium-sized
- 1 tbsp Cumin, roasted
- 40g to 50 g Andros Chunky Kiwi
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- To taste Salt
Procedures:
- In a blender or food processor, combine coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, green chili, roasted cumin, and tamarind paste.
- Add ½ cup of water and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture using a fine-mesh strainer sieve.
- Mix in the Andros Chunky Pink Guava or Andros Chunky Mango or Andros Chunky Kiwi and stir well.
- Add the remaining 1 cup of water to reach a thin, drinkable consistency.
- Add salt to taste.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
