Baked Cheesy Pesto Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 pc Lemon, squeezed juice
  • 800 g Fillet
  • 100 g Cheese
  • 135 g TopChef Real Mayonnaise
  • 10 g Parmesan Cheese, store-bought
  • 30 g Pesto, store-bought
  • Pinch of Fine Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • 250 g Tomatoes, corn, and carrots

Procedures:

  1. Using a 9-inch baking pan, place the salmon and marinate with lemon for 30 minutes. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. In a medium-size bowl, combine cheese, TopChef Real Mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, pesto, salt, and pepper
  3. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  4. Remove the pan with salmon from the chiller and top with the cheese mixture. Serve with tomatoes, corn, and carrots on the side.
  5. Bake the pan with salmon for 15-20 minutes.
