Baked Cheesy Pesto Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1 pc Lemon, squeezed juice
- 800 g Fillet
- 100 g Cheese
- 135 g TopChef Real Mayonnaise
- 10 g Parmesan Cheese, store-bought
- 30 g Pesto, store-bought
- Pinch of Fine Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- 250 g Tomatoes, corn, and carrots
Procedures:
- Using a 9-inch baking pan, place the salmon and marinate with lemon for 30 minutes. Cover and refrigerate.
- In a medium-size bowl, combine cheese, TopChef Real Mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, pesto, salt, and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Remove the pan with salmon from the chiller and top with the cheese mixture. Serve with tomatoes, corn, and carrots on the side.
- Bake the pan with salmon for 15-20 minutes.
