Mozzarella Potato Bites

Ingredients:

  • 100 g TopChef Instant Mashed Potato Mix, prepared according to packaging directions.
  • 200 g Farm Haven Mozzarella Pizza Toppingcut into cubes.
  • 1 cup  Classic Breading Mix 
  • 3 pcs Eggs, beaten
  • Japanese Breadcrumbs
  • 6 L  Crisp n' Dry Premium Deep Frying Fat
  • 1 cup S tore-Bought Marinara Sauce

Procedure:

1. Scoop a spoon of TopChef Instant Mashed Potato Mix and flatten
    into palm. Place a piece of mozzarella onto the center and wrap it
    up to seal. Roll to form into a cylinder or balls.
2. Transfer mashed potato balls to a plate, cover, and refrigerate
    to set for 30 minutes to an hour.
3. Preheat the fryer to 175°C.
4. Dust each potato ball with breading mix then dip into egg and roll
    in breadcrumbs. Deep-fry for 4 minutes.
5. Transfer mozzarella potato bites to a plate lined with a paper
    towel to remove excess oil.
6. Serve with marinara sauce.
