Mango Crepe





  1. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add Frymax Palm Olein, water, Mlekovita Full Cream Milk, and Baker's Delite Pancake Mix until smooth and no lumps.
  2. Rest the batter for at least one hour.
  3. Pour batter thinly onto a pre-heated teflon pan.
  4. Cook in low fire until firm. Turn to cook the other side.
  5. Serve with sliced mango as filling and top with powdered sugar, FarmBrothers Chocolate Syrup, and whipped Royal Victoria Dairy Whipping Cream.
