
Mango Crepe
Ingredients
Crepe
- 1 pack Baker's Delite Pancake Mix
- 2 pcs Eggs, large
- 4 tbsp Frymax Palm Olein
- 1 cup Mlekovita Full Cream Milk
- 2 cups water
Toppings
- Ripe Mango, sliced
- Farmbrothers Chocolate Syrup
- Powdered Sugar
- Royal Victoria Dairy Whipping Cream
Procedure
- Beat eggs in a bowl. Add Frymax Palm Olein, water, Mlekovita Full Cream Milk, and Baker's Delite Pancake Mix until smooth and no lumps.
- Rest the batter for at least one hour.
- Pour batter thinly onto a pre-heated teflon pan.
- Cook in low fire until firm. Turn to cook the other side.
- Serve with sliced mango as filling and top with powdered sugar, FarmBrothers Chocolate Syrup, and whipped Royal Victoria Dairy Whipping Cream.
