BBQ Tofu Steaks
- 1 block firm tofu, Cut into square steaks
- 1 Tablespoon Frymax Soya Oil
- ¼ cup Topchef Buffalo Sauce
- ¼ cup canned corn kernels
- Parsley, chopped for garnish
- Marinate the tofu steaks in the Buffalo Sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat up the soya oil in a frying pan.
- Sear the marinated tofu over medium heat until the sides are brown.
- Add the corn.
- Serve on a plate, garnish with some parsley and top with more Buffalo sauce if desired.
