Funnel Cakes
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g Baker’s Delite Donut Vanilla Cake Mix
- 140 g Cold Water
- Frymax Coconut Oil (for frying)
Toppings
- Farm Brothers Strawberry Syrup
- Farm Brothers Maple Syrup
- Powdered Sugar
PROCEDURE
- Pre-heat a frying pan filled with Frymax coconut oil over low to medium heat.
- Mix the Baker’s Delite Donut Vanilla Cake Mix and cold water thoroughly with a whisk.
- Transfer the mixture into a piping bag.
- Pipe the batter into the hot oil, swirling around to form a freeform disc shape.
- Fry for 3 to 5 minutes until both sides are golden. Remove from the oil and drain well.
- Garnish your funnel cakes with some powdered sugar and your desired Farm Brother syrups.
