Funnel Cakes

INGREDIENTS

• 200 g Baker’s Delite Donut Vanilla Cake Mix
• 140 g Cold Water
• Frymax Coconut Oil (for frying)

Toppings

• Farm Brothers Strawberry Syrup
• Farm Brothers Maple Syrup
• Powdered Sugar

PROCEDURE

1. Pre-heat a frying pan filled with Frymax coconut oil over low to medium heat. 
2. Mix the Baker’s Delite Donut Vanilla Cake Mix and cold water thoroughly with a whisk.
3. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag.
4. Pipe the batter into the hot oil, swirling around to form a freeform disc shape. 
5. Fry for 3 to 5 minutes until both sides are golden. Remove from the oil and drain well.
6. Garnish your funnel cakes with some powdered sugar and your desired Farm Brother syrups.
