Angus Beef Pares
Ingredients
- 1Kg Rosedale Angus Cubes
- 1 cup Topchef Teriyaki Sauce
- 6 cups water
- 4 pieces star anise
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 stalks spring onion
Procedure
- In a pot, add water and boil the beef together with star anise
- Simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on desired tenderness
- Add Topchef teriyaki sauce, sugar, and salt, continue to simmer in low heat for about 20-30 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve.
