Angus beef and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 500g Rosedale Angus Cubes
- 50g TopChef Instant Gravy Mix
- 500ml hot water
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 200g button mushroom, sliced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Procedure
- In a pan, sear Rosedale Angus Cubes and set aside
- Mix Topchef Instant Gravy Mix and water until smooth and no lumps are seen
- Saute garlic and mushroom. add Rosedale Angus Cubes and gravy into the pan
- Simmer until tender.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve
