Angus beef and Mushrooms

Ingredients

• 500g Rosedale Angus Cubes
• 50g TopChef Instant Gravy Mix
• 500ml hot water
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 200g button mushroom, sliced
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Procedure

1. In a pan, sear Rosedale Angus Cubes and set aside
2. Mix Topchef Instant Gravy Mix and water until smooth and no lumps are seen
3. Saute garlic and mushroom. add Rosedale Angus Cubes and gravy into the pan
4. Simmer until tender.
5. Transfer to a bowl and serve
