Crip n' Dry Premium Deep Frying Fat is a premium refined palm-olein fat especially processed for deep-frying applications.
Unlike ordinary liquid oils, Crisp n' Dry does not produce fried products that are oily in taste and appearance. It also provides longer frying mileage.
Ideal for french fries, donuts, fried chicken, and many more.
How to use:
- Melt fry fat gradually at low heat, not exceeding 130°C, to turn the lard into oil.
- Deep fat frying temperature ranges from 165 °C to 190 °C
- Apply the rule of thumb (1:6) 1 part food to 6 parts frying lard.
