Sheperd's Pie
Ingredients
- 150g Beef Toppings
- 100g Ham Bits
- 200g Mushroom (drained, cubed)
- 100g Beef Franks
- 30g Maven butter
- 1pc Carrots (cubed)
- 100g Green Peas
- 1pc Onion (cubed)
- 1g Oregano
- 100ml Water
Gravy Mixture
- 50g TopChef Instant Gravy
- 350g Water
Mashed Potato and Toppings
- 620g TopChef Mashed Potato Mix
- 2L Water
- 60g Breadcrumbs
- 50g Butter
- 10g Parsley
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 200C
- Prepare TopChef Mashed Potato Mix by mixing it into freshly boiled weater. Set aside.
- Prepare TopChef Instant Gravy by whisking mix into hot water. set aside
- Saute onions in butter until translucent. Add boiled pork and cook with a bit of water until tender. Add carrots, ham, beef toppings, green peas and mushroom; cook for 1 minute. Add gravy mixture and oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour mixture into two 9 x 5 inch oven proof casserole pans.
- Top with mashed potato, breadcrumbs and butter.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until top turns golden brown.
