Sheperd's Pie


  • 150g Beef Toppings
  • 100g Ham Bits
  • 200g Mushroom (drained, cubed)
  • 100g Beef Franks
  • 30g Maven butter
  • 1pc Carrots (cubed)
  • 100g Green Peas
  • 1pc Onion (cubed)
  • 1g Oregano
  • 100ml Water

Gravy Mixture

Mashed Potato and Toppings


  1. Preheat oven to 200C
  2. Prepare TopChef Mashed Potato Mix by mixing it into freshly boiled weater. Set aside.
  3. Prepare TopChef Instant Gravy by whisking mix into hot water. set aside
  4. Saute onions in butter until translucent. Add boiled pork and cook with a bit of water until tender. Add carrots, ham, beef toppings, green peas and mushroom; cook for 1 minute. Add gravy mixture and oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour mixture into two 9 x 5 inch oven proof casserole pans.
  6. Top with mashed potato, breadcrumbs and butter.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until top turns golden brown.
