Prawn in Savory Egg Custard
Ingredients:
- 15 g Maven Pure Butter - Unsalted
- 60 mL Mlekovita UHT Full Cream Milk
- E3 pcs Eggs, beaten
- 11 mL Takam All-Purpose Liquid Seasoning
- 5 g Dried Small Fish (Dulong)
- 2 pcs Fish Cakes
- 2 pcs Carrots, sliced
- 6 pcs Green Peas
- 6 pcs Nori Sheets, small
Procedures:
- Start to boil water for steaming.
- Using a medium-sized bowl or tea cup, grease the whole bowl or cup. Set aside.
- Using a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs, and Takam All-Purpose Liquid Seasoning.
- Transfer egg mixture to bowls or cups and steam, covered for the first 5 minutes.
- When egg has slightly set, top egg with dried small fish, fish cakes, carrots, green peas, and prawn. Steam for another 2-3 minutes until fully set.
- Serve with nori sheets.
