Prawn in Savory Egg Custard

Ingredients:

Procedures:

  1. Start to boil water for steaming.
  2. Using a medium-sized bowl or tea cup, grease the whole bowl or cup. Set aside.
  3. Using a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs, and Takam All-Purpose Liquid Seasoning.
  4. Transfer egg mixture to bowls or cups and steam, covered for the first 5 minutes.
  5. When egg has slightly set, top egg with dried small fish, fish cakes, carrots, green peas, and prawn. Steam for another 2-3 minutes until fully set.
  6. Serve with nori sheets.
