Pork Hamonado
Ingredients
- ¾ kg Pork Liempo, chopped
- ¼ cup TopChef Pinoy BBQ Sauce
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Pineapple juice, sweetened
- 4 small pack Banana blossom
- 3 cups Water
- 1 tsp Black pepper, cracked
- 2 Tbsp Frymax Palm Olein
- 2 Tbsp Black tausi, salted
- 3 pcs Bay leaf
- 1 pcs Red onion, chopped
- 5 cloves Garlic, smashed

Procedure
- Heat oil in a pan, sear pork liempo for 5 minutes each side and set aside.
- In the same pan, saute onion, garlic and black pepper, transfer to pressure cooker together with TopChef Pinoy BBQ Sauce, soy sauce, water and bay leaf.
- Pressure cook for 25 minutes.
- Add brown sugar, banana blossom and black tausi. Stir. Let it simmer until the sauce reduces to half.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve.
