Oriental Sesame Noodle Salad
- 1 1/2 cup Topchef Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1 pc Cucumber
- 500g Kanesu Soba Maiko
- 1 pc Chicken Breast
- Cook the soba according to package directions. Drain and run under cool water. Let drain again. Set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill or sear chicken for 5-7 minutes until just cooked through. Transfer to a cutting board to cool slightly. Chop chicken.
- Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
- On a large bowl, toss all the ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Serve cold and enjoy.
