Lao Salmon Poke Bowl
Ingredients:
- 227 g Salmon Sashimi
- 40 ml Spiced Vinegar
- 10 ml TAKAM LIQUID SEASONING
- 20 ml TOPCHEF YANGNYEOM GLAZE
- 5 ml PRIMEO SESAME OIL
- 75 g White Onion, chopped
- 15 g Coriander Leaves, chopped
- 15 g Green Onion, chopped
Procedures:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine spiced vinegar, Takam Liquid Seasoning, Primeo Sesame Oil, and TopChef Yangnyeom Glaze. Mix well.
- Add salmon, white onion, coriander leaves, and green onion.
