Korean Soy Garlic Mushroom Noodles

Ingredients

 

  • 30 ml Sesame oil
  • 5 g Cracked Black Peppercorns
  • 200 g Button Shiitake, sliced
  • 40 ml TOPCHEF KOREAN SOY GARLIC SAUCE
  • 45 g Green Onions, chopped
  • 2 g Chili Flakes
  • 1 pack Dried Instant Noodles, cooked

 

Procedures

  1. In a medium size wok, heat oil and saute peppers and mushrooms until fragrant.
  2. Add sauce and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. In a bowl with noodles, add mushrooms and top with green onions, and chili.
