Korean Soy Garlic Mushroom Noodles
Ingredients
- 30 ml Sesame oil
- 5 g Cracked Black Peppercorns
- 200 g Button Shiitake, sliced
- 40 ml TOPCHEF KOREAN SOY GARLIC SAUCE
- 45 g Green Onions, chopped
- 2 g Chili Flakes
- 1 pack Dried Instant Noodles, cooked
Procedures
- In a medium size wok, heat oil and saute peppers and mushrooms until fragrant.
- Add sauce and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
- In a bowl with noodles, add mushrooms and top with green onions, and chili.
