Hasselback Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Russet Potatoes, scrubed and washed
  • 50 mL Maven Pure Butter - Salted, melted
  • 40 mL TopChef Instant Cheese Sauce Mix
  • 60 g Farmhaven Mozzarella Pizza Topping
  • 50 g Bacon diced, cooked to crisp
  • 30 mL TopChef Ranch Dressing
  • 5 g Spring Onions, chopped
  • 5 g Parsley, chopped

Procedure

1. Preheat oven to 232°C.
2. Slice each potatoes at about 1/4 inch thick and place in a tray lined with 
    baking paper.
3. Bake potatoes for 45 minutes then Remove from oven and squeeze in each slit
    the cheese sauce and top with mozzarella. Bring back in the oven to gratinate
    the cheese.
4. Top baked potatoes with bacon and ranch dressing.
5. Transfer in serving platter and sprinkle with spring onions or chopped parsley
    before serving.
