Chicken and Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
Fried Chicken
- 1.5kg Chicken pieces, 8-cuts
- 2 cups Breading Mix
- Frymax Coconut Oil
Sides and Garnish
- 2 cups TopChef Instant Mashed Potato
- 1/4 cup TopChef Instant Gravy Mix
- Hot Water*
Procedure
- Coat the chicken in the breading mix
- Deep fry the chicken in high heat (around 170C) until the batter is golden and crisp, around 5 to 7 minutes
- Prepare the mashed potato and gravy according to the package instructions
- Enjoy the cripsy chicken with the prepared mashed potato and gravy mix
*5 cups of water for the Mashed Potatoes, 1 1/4 cup water for the Gravy
