Procedure

  1. Coat the chicken in the breading mix
  2. Deep fry the chicken in high heat (around 170C) until the batter is golden and crisp, around 5 to 7 minutes
  3. Prepare the mashed potato and gravy according to the package instructions
  4. Enjoy the cripsy chicken with the prepared mashed potato and gravy mix

*5 cups of water for the Mashed Potatoes, 1 1/4 cup water for the Gravy
