Butterscotch Energy Bar
INGREDIENTS

3 ½ cups of Baker’s Delite Butterscotch Mix

½ cup Frymax Coconut Oil

2 pcs. Egg medium

½ cup White Chocolate

½ cup Dried Cranberries
-
½ cup Pumpkin Seeds
-
½ cup Sunflower Seeds
-
2 Tbsp Vitalia Chia Seeds
PROCEDURES
- Preheat the oven to 163°C (325°F)
- Prepare and grease a 9 x 16’’ pan
- Place coconut oil, eggs, and Butterscotch Mix into a bowl
- Mix for 1 minute low speed
- Add all the other ingredients into the mixture.
- Spread batter evenly in a pan
- Bake for 20 minutes or until done
- Cool in pan for 5 - 8 minutes then run a spatula or knife around the edge to loosen. Invert onto a cake rack to remove the pan.
