Butterscotch Energy Bar

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 ½ cups of Baker’s Delite Butterscotch Mix

  • ½ cup Frymax Coconut Oil

  • 2 pcs. Egg medium

  • ½ cup White Chocolate

  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries

  • ½ cup Pumpkin Seeds

  • ½ cup Sunflower Seeds

  • 2 Tbsp Vitalia Chia Seeds

PROCEDURES
  1. Preheat the oven to 163°C (325°F)
  2. Prepare and grease a 9 x 16’’  pan
  3. Place coconut oil, eggs, and Butterscotch Mix into a bowl
  4. Mix for 1 minute low speed
  5. Add all the other ingredients into the mixture.
  6. Spread batter evenly in a pan
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until done
  8. Cool in pan for 5 - 8 minutes then run a spatula or knife around the edge to loosen. Invert onto a cake rack to remove the pan.
