What are the items available at O-Superstore?

O-Superstore is home to high quality products like cooking oils, powdered beverages, sauces, mayonnaise, bakery items, food safety items, and more.

How do I pick up my paid items?

PICK UP TIME IS 1PM TO 4:30PM DAILY.
Look for Jewellyn Imperial.

As part of our health and safety protocols, we would like to remind you that all visitors shall comply with the required procedures before entry to the warehouse:

1. All visitors will be required to wash their hands, go through the misting tent, and have their body temperature taken.
2. All visitors must wear a face mask or face shield at all times.
3. All visitors must wear proper clothing (No open toe footwear, no sando, no sleeveless, no mini skirt)

All visitors who fail to comply with these requirements will be denied entry to the warehouse. Thank you for your cooperation.

Are items in the O-Superstore available in groceries?

O-Superstore items are not available in the big groceries anywhere in the Philippines. For now, it is available at O-Superstore and at our partner distributors.

How can I be assured that I’m buying a high quality product?

Items available at O-Superstore are being used by the biggest hotels, manufacturers, and restaurant chains in the country. Our items are manufactured at our world-class manufacturing facilities and developed by our team of chefs to make cooking at home easy and cost efficient.

Do you ship nationwide?

We currently ship to any point in Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, and parts of Rizal (Cainta, Taytay, Angono, Antipolo, Montalban, San Mateo).

How long will it take for my orders to be delivered?

Please allow a maximum of two (2) working days to deliver your order right at your doorstep. For wholesale purchases, please allow a maximum of three (3) working days.

Are promo codes applicable to all items in the O-Superstore?

Voucher codes shall only apply to specific items covered by the promo. Vouchers cannot be used with existing promos.

What are the available payment methods?

You may pay via Credit/ Debit Card or COD. For COD transactions, our sales agent will get in touch with you to collect some additional verification details.

Do you have seasonal promos available?

We’ll be having seasonal promos that change every month. Follow us on our official Facebook and Instagram page to know the latest promos. You may also check our SALE menu for other discounted items.

Are you open to resellers and distributors?

We are open to working with resellers and distributors in their respective communities. You may order through the WHOLESALE section for bulk prices. For interested parties, you may send your proposal to sales@o-superstore.com.

I am not satisfied with the products I ordered; can I request for a refund?

Our return policy covers products with factory defects that can only be discovered upon opening of packaging. All items are deemed received in good condition upon acknowledgement of recipient. Please inspect the items before receipt and do not accept products which are not in good condition.
